REVIEW:
In a beautiful guest house on the Swan also has a very fine restaurant catering for more than house guests. The menu is limited but draws on an eclectic culinary background to focus on the authentic flavours of fine ingredients that shine well and are very wine friendly, as you are in the middle of Swan wine country. The wine list is all from the Swan but features lots of older vintages for sampling the local wares.
"Rest assured life's little essentials are catered for in every one of the ten rooms (each with their own ensuite, six with spas).
Raid the bulging minibar. Explore the artwork. Pop the champagne. Laze in the spa.
The bathrobes are white and thick. The days are long (checkout isn't till noon). The feeling is contentment.
Sip a cold Swan Valley chardonnay on your balcony. Lounge poolside. Early evenings settle on the generous verandahs for cocktails.
Then dress for dinner.
