Second Annual Festival of Wine & Food in the Highlands. In 2003 vignerons of the Southern Highlands came together to stage the inaugural SWIRL - recognising the Southern Highlands as a significant cool climate wine growing region, and an area recognised for excellence in gastronomy.
In 2004 Swirl will be held at Eling Forest Winery on the weekend of March 12th, 13th and 14th.
Wines and Foods from local and other regional producers. The Festival will be preceded by a black tie dinner, featuring local wines matched with local produce to showcase what the highlands have to offer.
Swirl will feature exhibitors from regions as far afield as Margaret River, the Hunter region and some of our near neighbours from the Shoalhaven and Canberra.
Included will be cheeses and breads, fresh fruit and vegetables, free range chickens plus a variety of jams, pickles and conserves from local and regional producers.
Tickets will be $15.00 per person. (Tickets include a Swirl tasting glass, and your first glass of a Southern Highlands wine.)

The event is primarily a festival for all the family and will be the first major event of its kind in the highlands.
