Excellent winery specialising in varietals from the home base of Mudgee, with fruit also sourced from Rylstone and Orange. The certification as an organic grower and the adoption of biodynamic winegrowing principles has seen the development of outstsnidng fruit and excellent wines. The future here is a focus on dry grown shiraz, sangiovese, merlot, and a zinfandel which show extraordinary concentration and depth of flavour while retaining structure and finesse. The Tinja riesling from high altitude at Rylstone is as Mosel-like as any Australian riesling that we've tasted and improves year to year. One of the must-visit wineries in the area.
