Tasting Note:
Trophy winning shiraz made in miniscule quantities to ensure the highest quality and great concentration. There is reserve on the nose at this stage but elements of licorice and vanilla are woven with dark plum and cherry shiraz fruit, lifted with spice notes. The palate shows great concentration and a solid wall of tannins that will ensure long ageing and balance the rich fruit extract. An hour or so in a decanter helps at this stage but it really deserves a few years in the cellar before you rip the top off.

Food Match: Oxtail
